Join Our Seasonal Agricultural Team — Work Begins at the End of July
Button Transportation is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for the upcoming almond harvest season. This seasonal position typically lasts 4–5 months and offers excellent earning potential with home-daily routes.
Whether you're an experienced CDL driver or a recent CDL school graduate, we provide paid training and the opportunity to build valuable experience hauling agricultural commodities.
Pay & Compensation
Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,680+
Top-performing drivers have the opportunity to earn even more.
Paid weekly.
Drivers earn 25% of each load, with percentage increases based on years of service.
Most drivers complete 4–5 loads per day, depending on customer demand and route conditions.

Schedule
Typical workday: Sunup to sundown
Button Transportation operates 24 hours a day, giving drivers opportunities to maximize their earnings.
Drivers are encouraged to work 5–6 days per week during harvest.
Routes primarily involve hauling almonds from local orchards to processing facilities.
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Doubles endorsement required
Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records, as required by 49 CFR § 391.11(b)(2).
Good driving record (MVR)
No DUI, DWI, BAC violations, or license suspensions resulting from moving violations within the past five years
Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
