**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components in residential and commercial settings.
- Review job specifications and drawings to ensure proper installation of HVAC systems.
- Ensure all installations are completed in compliance with industry standards and local building codes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues during the installation process.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing information on system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper handling and disposal of materials.
- Complete all required documentation and reports accurately and on time.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest HVAC technology and best practices.

- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or relevant technical training is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC installer.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and the ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
