Beginning on 12-1-25 I will be renting a bedroom in my home, it includes an attached private bathroom. My home is located in Ponderosa Basin, halfway between Oakhurst and Mariposa. It has a queen bed, matching dresser, and shelf unit. Rent includes off street parking, internet, and water. Dish TV can be added to the room for $25 which includes a separate Dish unit. Those replying please include relevant employment info and no illegal drugs please. Also, I have 2 indoor cats. No additional pets preferred. Kitchen use is allowed, some storage in the pantry, etc. I'm not a neat freak but prefer to keep things clean!
