Office Assistant (Ceres to Atwater)
Please only true career offers. No junk solicitations.

With this letter, I wish to express my strong interest in working with your company in an office setting. With 15 years in accounting and customer service, I believe I would bring several areas of competence to your company. Accordingly, a resume detailing my professional background is enclosed for your review and consideration.

In the past, it was my responsibility to verify information for new accounts and print billing statements at the end of the month. I have worked as an accounts receivable clerk who assisted in all aspects of the business. I was able to accomplish duties of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll for six week without supervision. As time allowed, I would assist with customer service on the selling floor. I enjoyed helping customers in person and on the phone with their project needs.

I would very much like to speak with you about the opportunity to work in office administration and ways that your company can use my expertise. I look forward to speaking with you about growth opportunities with your company.

Enclosed is a cover letter and a resume for your review. Please contact me through Craigslist with information about your company and openings that are available. I will get back to you in a few days. I use the local library for communications. Thank you.
