Sliver labrador retriever

I have a One and a half year old Sliver labrador with papers that needs to be rehomed due to taking care of my mother with parkisons. He also has a rash going on that ive been trying to heal on my own at home. Seems to kind of work but not enough. I did asked an online vet already and ive been doing whay they told me.. I cant afford to take him to vet and its not fair.. Hes a good boy. Knows basics. Need training on Leash. When i take him out to go potty he stays in my yard. Good with kids. He should be the only dog because he hasnt been around any other dogs. He loves toys and bones. He loves to smile. Message for more information... Ive sadly tried rescues etc my last resort.
There is a Small Rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a good home. Comes with crate etc. ( Not fake )
