Short Hair - Male - about 15 months old - Chipped - NOT Neutered

We're hoping he's not injured somewhere - He probably went looking for a female (3 days before missing his neuter appt...), lost his collar, and I'm guessing invited himself in to someone's home/life. He's very vocal, LOVES food, and will steal your heart... and lap.
