We are hiring a Registered Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a 5-bedroom group home serving children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have openings for 12-hour shift Thursday-Saturday blocked/fixed schedule.
š Shifts Available:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM ā 7:00 PM
Consistent schedule with stable hours
š Setting:
Small, supportive residential group home with low client-to-staff ratio and a focus on compassionate, individualized care.
š¼ Job Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor and document vital signs and health status
Support daily living needs of residents as part of a care team
Respond to medical emergencies and communicate to the team and the Home Administrator
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with staff and families to promote client well-being
š Requirements:
Active California RN License (Required)
Current First Aid / CPR / AED Certification (Required)
Experience with developmentally delayed individuals preferred
Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and TB test
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
