Answering phones with a good phone etiquette/personality. Greeting clients as they enter the establishment. Making appointments, scheduling, taking good phone messages for the appropriate professional. Learning how to access insurance information through the computer and internet. Learning pre-testing skills as a technician. General office keeping.
Ideal Applicants:
Great interpersonal skills working with patients/clients in person and on the phone. A "can do" attitude. Willingness to help keep office clean and tidy. Someone looking for a way to get great patient and clinical experience.

Information:
We will train. Part time position 16-24 hrs/week.
Applicants with previous customer service experience a huge plus (for example, chik fil-a, starbuck barista etc)
