I have grass fed, antibiotic free, longhorn beef available. This meat has been shown by university study to have a better heart health profile than chicken. So ask your Dr and show them the graph and study to see if adding red meat back into your diet is an option. This meat is full of flavor.

Process date will be early July.
Pick up will be about 2 weeks later at Sander meat in Turlock.
You get to decide what cuts you want and how.
Basic cut and wrap included in price
Cost is $12/lb of hanging weight, which is after all the hide and innards are removed.
Estimate weight is 840lb for whole 420lb for the half.
