Field Instructors also lead recreational activities such as team building, canoeing, arts and crafts, and archery as well as participate in our nightly campfires.

Summer Camp: Our summer camp Program Staff lead our traditional summer camp programming! Program Staff are responsible for leading specialized classes, such as baking, outdoor skills, ceramics, paddle boarding, or snorkeling, to name a few. In the afternoons, our staff are on the waterfront, and their evenings are spent by the campfire leading skits and songs!

Winter Programming: During the winter we offer part-time employment to our staff through our classroom outreach and residential winter wellness program. We run pre and post outdoor school classroom lessons with all of the 5th-grade classes that attend outdoor school.
