This position is responsible for operating the hotel's front desk Property Management System for reservations, and check-in/check-out in accordance with Company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction and safety and security. Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services reservations, directions, special requests and complaints as needed. Open availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be available to work a flexible schedule (Sunday through Saturday, hotel is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week), operate office machines, i.e. copier, printer, fax, etc. Must display very good organization and time management skills. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with many types of personalities. Must adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies establish by the company including but not limited to those contained in the employee handbook. Previous front desk experience is preferred.
