Seeking reliable individuals in California’s Central Valley to assist with testing a mobile application as part of a quality assurance initiative. This is a short-term, task-based gig supporting the evaluation and optimization of a survey-based platform in preparation for a corporate acquisition.
Participants will use their smartphones to navigate the app, book sample gigs, and test various features to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals interested in technology, usability testing, or app development.
**Responsibilities:**
* Download and register on the designated mobile application
* Book and manage sample gigs within the platform
* Navigate menus, toggle settings, and test key features
* Identify bugs, glitches, or performance issues
* Provide clear and concise feedback on user experience
* Follow testing instructions and complete assigned tasks promptly
**Requirements:**
* Must reside in California’s Central Valley
* Must own a reliable smartphone with internet access
* Comfortable downloading and testing mobile applications
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to document and report technical issues clearly
* Must be 18 years or older
* No prior experience required; QA or beta testing experience is a plus
**Compensation & Schedule:**
* $20 per hour
* Remote, work-from-home gig
* Flexible scheduling based on testing needs
* Paid per active testing session
