The house is in the Via Moraga homes, off of Yosemite Ave. or McKee Ave.,
depending on which way you're coming from--it's about 3-5 mi from UCMerced.
It's a 4 bed/3 bath-room house, big backyard, very dog tolerant,
and the living room, family room, and kitchen are fully furnished.
The rent is also $350/month, plus utilities which are from $50-75/month.
My room faces the driveway, is on the second floor, has one window,
and the view is cool.
I'm also looking for a female (it's a girl house).
There's also an interview process (it's unusual, I know, but it's a get-to-know-you thing)
